Why I Chose UCI/CHOC: I was a med student here at UCI-CHOC and spent lots of time getting to know the CHOC residents and attendings. The residents seemed happy even though they were busy, and the attendings are all wonderful at teaching and creating a good learning environment. As a resident now, I feel very well supported by my class and the cohorts above.

Areas Of Interest: critical care, peds-psych, behavior and development, biomedical devices, medical humanities

Hobbies: Playing the violin, watercolor pencil, journaling, making chocolates, pyrography (art of wood-burning).

Fun Facts: I lived abroad in London for 10 months before medical school - did research in microfluidics, did some sightseeing, played in two orchestras and performed in Royal Albert Hall.
